These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website encoreclub.ro (the “Website”), operated by ENCORE CLUB SRL (“Encore Club”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of encoreclub.ro, including in relation to:

  • browsing the Website;
  • using the contact form;
  • subscribing to the newsletter;
  • viewing information about events, venue details, tickets, and Encore Club activity;
  • using links to external services;
  • interacting with features and content available on the Website.

These Terms apply exclusively to encoreclub.ro, except where certain services are operated by third parties, in which case that third party’s terms may also apply.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website primarily serves an informational and presentation purpose in relation to Encore Club’s activity, while also facilitating contact with users, newsletter subscriptions, and access to relevant external services, including ticketing flows.

At present, users cannot directly conclude a contract for the purchase of tickets or other products/services on encoreclub.ro itself, unless expressly stated otherwise in the future.

Any request submitted through the Website is, in principle, informational or contact-related in nature, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Ticketing and third-party services

The Website may contain links or redirects to ticketing flows operated by iabilet.ro or other third-party partners.

Where ticket purchases are processed through a flow operated by iabilet.ro or another partner, that partner is responsible for the commercial terms applicable to the relevant transaction, including, where applicable:

  • pricing;
  • availability;
  • payment processing;
  • ticket delivery / issuance;
  • cancellation, modification, or refund conditions;
  • contractual terms and their own policies.

Encore Club is not the payment processor for purchases made in a ticketing flow operated by the ticketing partner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information relating to events, pricing, availability, line-up, schedule, or other details may change. The final terms applicable to a purchase are those displayed in the relevant ticketing flow at the time the order is placed.

5. Use of the Website

Users must use the Website lawfully, fairly, and without infringing the rights or interests of Encore Club or any other person.

It is prohibited to use the Website for:

  • unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities;
  • sending abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unauthorised content;
  • attempting unauthorised access to the Website, servers, accounts, databases, or other systems;
  • interfering with the functioning of the Website;
  • introducing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technical mechanisms;
  • scraping, automated data extraction, systematic copying, or unauthorised monitoring;
  • reproducing, distributing, publishing, or exploiting Website content without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to the Website, in whole or in part, in the event of abusive or non-compliant use.
