  • communications relating to events and tickets, where managed by us.

This Policy does not directly govern personal data processing carried out by third parties on their own websites or infrastructure, even if those services are accessed through links available on our website.

a) Handling requests submitted through the contact form or other communication channels

  • handle reservations;
  • manage artist booking, collaboration, or partnership requests;
  • provide support and information about events, tickets, and Encore Club activity.

  • Vercel – for website hosting, delivery, and related infrastructure, including logs and technical functionality;

  • Google Maps – for location display and directions-related features;
  • Behold or other social / media widgets integrated into the website;
  • iabilet.ro – in connection with ticketing flows handled by the ticketing partner.

These providers may act either as processors or as independent controllers, depending on the service used and the nature of the processing.

8. Ticketing and iabilet

Our website may include links or references to ticketing flows operated by iabilet.ro. Where users access and use a ticketing service operated by that partner, the processing of personal data within that flow may be carried out by iabilet.ro or other involved partners, in accordance with their own policies and terms.

Even if the ticketing service is accessed through a subdomain associated with our brand, where that flow is technically and contractually operated by the ticketing partner, the personal data processing related to ticket purchases may be governed by that partner’s privacy policy.

We recommend that you review the privacy policy and terms applicable to the relevant ticketing service before completing a purchase.

9. Who we may share data with

We may share your personal data, where necessary, with:
